I come alive in rooms. Give me a leadership team that's stuck, a mandate they're not yet built to deliver, and a few hours — and something shifts. That's not a methodology. It's 20 years of pattern recognition, genuine curiosity, and a deep belief that most organizations are far more capable than their current operating model allows.

I built Forma because I wanted to do the work that matters — not manage the work. No layers, no bureaucracy, no one-size-fits-all frameworks. Just senior in the room, fully present, with the strategy, the facilitation, and the follow-through to make it stick.

And around me, a curated network of senior operators — partners, MDs, and former executives who've done the work themselves. We compose the right team for each engagement: depth where it's needed, never layers it isn't.

20+ years operating at Managing Director and Partner level across strategy, transformation, and operating model design. I've led large-scale growth initiatives, built and scaled businesses from the ground up, and partnered with C-suite leaders across hospitality, financial services, media, and industrials. I combine the presence of a facilitator, the rigor of a strategist, and the instincts of an operator.

Outside the work: husband, dad of two, coach of my son's baseball team. I run, cook, play golf, and think about what it means to build something that lasts. Forma is that thing for me — something I'm proud of, something that's genuinely mine, and someday, maybe something my kids want to be part of.
