We work with CEOs and their leadership teams at moments of high stakes — getting them aligned, building the strategy, and standing up the operating system that makes execution real and sustains momentum past the engagement.
AI and market disruption have collapsed the cycle time on strategy. The quarterly report, the annual offsite, the strategy deck on the shelf — they were built for a slower era. Today, the leadership teams that win are the ones who can sense, decide, and move on a weekly cadence, not a quarterly one.
Most leadership teams know this. Few are built for it. Building the modern organization means re-coupling strategy to the operating system — so the team can actually see what's happening, decide what matters, and move together.
"The difference between good companies and great ones isn't the plan. It's whether the leadership team can rise above the day-to-day, get genuinely aligned, and move as one — with an operating model built for what's coming, not what's already passed."
Each one shows up the same way: the team is moving, but no one is sure they're moving in the same direction, on the right things, at the right speed. Forma works on all three — and leaves behind the system that keeps them solved.
"My leadership team isn't aligned."
Smart, capable people running in different directions. Decisions get re-litigated. Meetings beget meetings. The team is busy, but it isn't moving as one.
We get in the room, design the experience, and align the team on strategic priorities and operating rhythm — in days, not months.
A global hospitality company's new executive team needed a foundation to operate together. After a single intensive: "We now have a foundation to operate as a leadership team — that was really effective."
"The mandate is bigger than the plan."
A growth target from the board, the market, or your own ambition — and no shared, executable view of how to get there. Plenty of strategy decks. No clear path from here to the number.
We build the growth strategy, the operating model, the go-to-market design, and the scenario model — delivered as a living system the team owns.
A global media & information services company carried a 70% revenue growth mandate with no shared view of how to deliver it. We built the sales strategy, scenario model, and execution-ready blueprint in weeks.
"Strategy is set, execution is stuck."
The plan is clear. People are working hard. But initiatives stall, ownership blurs, momentum bleeds — and you find out a quarter too late.
A living strategic operating system makes execution visible, and quarterly re-ignition keeps the team accountable past the engagement.
A specialty automotive products company had a sharp strategy and no system for turning it into action. We facilitated alignment, structured the initiative portfolio, and stood up the operating system the leadership team uses today.
Strategic guidance, made visible. Execution, made real.
Most consultants leave a deck. Forma leaves a system — a branded, AI-enabled operating layer that lives inside your leadership team's weekly rhythm and makes the work durable past any single engagement.
Your team's branded command center — interactive, AI-enabled, and built specifically for your organization. Where the three pillars come to life and where the leadership team actually opens the work each week.

Forma is a network of experienced leaders — partners, managing directors, and former executives who've done the work themselves. We compose the right team for each engagement: depth where you need it, never layers you don't.
Every engagement is led by senior partners with experience across the capabilities and industries that matter most. We build the team around the work — never the other way around.
Three ways to engage. Each one builds toward the same outcome — a leadership team aligned on the strategy, equipped with the operating system, and sustaining momentum past the engagement.
"The mandate is rarely the problem. The gap between the mandate and what the organization can deliver today — that's where I come in."
I come alive in rooms. Give me a leadership team that's stuck, a mandate they're not yet built to deliver, and a few hours — and something shifts. That's not a methodology. It's 20 years of pattern recognition, genuine curiosity, and a deep belief that most organizations are far more capable than their current operating model allows.
I built Forma because I wanted to do the work that matters — not manage the work. No layers, no bureaucracy, no one-size-fits-all frameworks. Just senior in the room, fully present, with the strategy, the facilitation, and the follow-through to make it stick.
And around me, a curated network of senior operators — partners, MDs, and former executives who've done the work themselves. We compose the right team for each engagement: depth where it's needed, never layers it isn't.
20+ years operating at Managing Director and Partner level across strategy, transformation, and operating model design. I've led large-scale growth initiatives, built and scaled businesses from the ground up, and partnered with C-suite leaders across hospitality, financial services, media, and industrials. I combine the presence of a facilitator, the rigor of a strategist, and the instincts of an operator.
Outside the work: husband, dad of two, coach of my son's baseball team. I run, cook, play golf, and think about what it means to build something that lasts. Forma is that thing for me — something I'm proud of, something that's genuinely mine, and someday, maybe something my kids want to be part of.
The next generation is already at work.
One conversation. No decks, no pitch. Just an honest discussion about where your leadership team is and what it would take to get them moving.
